This joint right here was powerful. Don came in strong addressing some street life experience and left with the same power. The way he rides with the production on this coming in steady, getting strong, then bringing it down and calm, then escalating back up just kept me listening. I give props for how his metaphors tied well with the meaning behind certain lyrics, he had some pretty clever bars. Usually his music is on a more hyphy, party type vibe but he switched it up with this one giving us a joint you can really feel, but at the same time you can slap. He came in with confidence in himself and left with even more. This dude has got some Next Wave talent that really shouldn't be overlooked.
